My wife and I bought carpet and laminate to be installed. We took time out to pick out the carpet and the laminate. We took time off from work to make sure we were home for the installation. Well, the wrong laminate was ordered, then the carpet installer made mistakes and installed it wrong. The carpet also had issues. While I have had previous good customer service with this company, recently I had a situation in which it was not clearly stated that certain items were included in the price I was quoted. This would not have been as much as the problem as the manner in which I was told that I was lying when I stated I had had minimum contact with the company (I researched my cell and had a total of 5 calls), I was told 'you have no tile and you won't have any until you pay for it' as well as the company's refusal to work with my work schedu... read more
we really shopped around to get the best deal and Cassidy at Ogden's gave us a great deal on our carpet and vinyl. We even did 1yr no payments but best of all it was in stock and they installed it in less than 2 weeks. Their competitors said they couldn't install it for at least a month and they were much higher priced for the same type of flooring..
