Dr. Noutong is kind, understanding and patient with his patients. He has the gift of listening ears to hear his patients. My husband and I both see him and trust Dr. Noutong with our heart health.
Dr Noutong saved my life he is a GREAT DOCTOR and wonderful person his staff also is very nice and very helpful I am glad he is my doctor
I love my cardiologist!! But office personnel is a different story. I've tried getting in touch with the office to reschedule a procedure and I keep getting hung up on,so it looks as if I'm neglent on my part. Don't know what to do about office personnel
