Sales staff was amazing!
They stocked a very difficult to find part for my Sthil trimmer. Got me out of a bind. Very friendly service and large selection of equipment. Can't say enough good about this business from my first experience visiting them.
Kelly and Alec were fantastic to work with—super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect mower for my lawn. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m so glad I chose to buy here instead of a big box store down the road. Great experience all around!
We have used Steve Meyer service since they moved to the Dayton area, they are absolutely phenomenal at communication, expertise, and availability of parts. I have even had them repair issues on mowers I could not diagnose, and inspected their work and I will say. Wow, they literally repaired the mowers put them back together better than what they had arrived at the dealer with. Alec, Kelly and their team are fantastic, we just added bought another toro 5000 series today from them since they are top notch dealers.
Brought in my backpack blower for a fuel leak. They took care of it and now it runs better than ever. Turnaround time could’ve been quicker.
