Alec Gatto, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. 100% recommend him for any of your needs. Toro is a great product, backed by a great warranty. Also, SMS offers great dealer support for whatever I need. They helped with all my needs and helping me tackle this lawn-care season. I will be running all toro products through SMS and will continue to return. Buckeye Power Sale (BPS) treated me like crap and didn’t help me with any issues, unlike SMS. 100% recommend!
We had a great experience with this company! It was a Saturday morning in late April and our mower blades were too dull to work well. I called to find out the timeline and cost to sharpen our blades. The gentleman said they usually did that service only on select weekdays. But then he paused and said that they could do it that same morning! Wow!
