Don't waste your time with this agent. There are plenty of good, service focused State Farm agents. This agent's office has failed multiple times to deliver quality service. They messed up from the original contact and put pur family at risk due to sloppiness. Most recently ( the last straw) when I called with a policy question I was referred to a toll free line.
