Good until issue arises Don't buy from them if you are out of state, apparantly it is not their responsibility to get your tag from DMV after making payment to Steve Moyer per Jon, the F&I manager. I requested for a letter to take to DMV but got an informal email, that my child could write. Really sad
I want to stongly commend your finance department. The two young gentlemen I dealt with were very polite and went above and beyond to get the best deal possible for me. Each was very open and receptive to my questions and concerns regarding financing and credit. When I left the dealership on Saturday - I was happy with the deal we had discussed. I recently purchased my 3rd Subaru from this dealership, a 2009 Forester LLBean model. I just love it! Very comfortable, great ride, and excellent mileage. This is the 3rd Subaru I've purchased from them over the years. I visited another Subaru dealer which is actually closer to my home, but between the trade in allowance I received on my 2003 Forester, and the discount off the sticker price, I paid $3300.00 less at Steve Moyer than I would have paid at the other dealership.
