Good until issue arises Don't buy from them if you are out of state, apparantly it is not their responsibility to get your tag from DMV after making payment to Steve Moyer per Jon, the F&I manager. I requested for a letter to take to DMV but got an informal email, that my child could write. Really sad

I want to stongly commend your finance department. The two young gentlemen I dealt with were very polite and went above and beyond to get the best deal possible for me. Each was very open and receptive to my questions and concerns regarding financing and credit. When I left the dealership on Saturday - I was happy with the deal we had discussed. Never Again – I originally bought a car here and used the dealership frequently. THe economy being what it is I began to get oil changes and minor service elsewhere. One day in a hurray we went to another mechanic to get an oil change and inspection. He pointed out some minor work that had to be done. Bad Sales Service – 10/4/2011 To start it off i bought a 2006 sti from a subaru dealership in california when i was out of school just recently i move to PA with my girlfriend and were looking to possibly buy another one or even maybe get a family car for us. I recently purchased my 3rd Subaru from this dealership, a 2009 Forester LLBean model. I just love it! Very comfortable, great ride, and excellent mileage. This is the 3rd Subaru I've purchased from them over the years. I visited another Subaru dealer which is actually closer to my home, but between the trade in allowance I received on my 2003 Forester, and the discount off the sticker price, I paid $3300.00 less at Steve Moyer than I would have paid at the other dealership. Great buying experience, and quick service Bought my first Subaru from Moyers and the experience was very quick and painless. They got the car I wanted because they didn't have onon the lot. The process of purchasing the car was quick and we were in and out in a jiffy. The service is very good. I can schedule my appointments online and I get a confirming phone call. I can drop my car off at 7 am and wait in their lounge that has coffee, donuts, and a stocked refrigerator! Daily newspaper and tv. Thought I was at home! Polite... read more
