I'm not sure how this realtor has so many 5-star reviews. I called to inquire about a rental property and was surprised by how unprofessional the conversation was. He repeatedly talked over me, made assumptions before hearing my questions, and came across as dismissive and condescending. What stood out most was his choice of language. He referred to tenants with pets using terms like "assholes" and talked about dealing with "poop" issues, despite the property being advertised as pet-friendly. Steve and his team were outstanding! We could not have asked for a better agent and team. They were excellent in all respects. Steve Mortensen does exceptional work for his customers (buyers or sellers). I recently employed Steve’s to market and sell my home in Yorba Linda, CA. His real estate knowledge and experience was real asset in the successful sale our my home. Steve was instrumental in my buying my last two houses and selling my first house. He has a lot of knowledge of not only real estate, but he knows about house construction and neighborhoods and has been around long enough (But not too long...) to have a lot of experience in the business. I highly recommend Steve as a highly competent, knowledgeable, personable and helpful agent.
