Steve was instrumental in my buying my last two houses and selling my first house. He has a lot of knowledge of not only real estate, but he knows about house construction and neighborhoods and has been around long enough (But not too long...) to have a lot of experience in the business. Steve was an absolute professional and a huge help selling my mom's home. We started the process early, but she passed away during and it caused a huge delay in the process in regards to probate. But Steve was there the whole time and helped me get the house repaired and ready to sell when we were allowed by the courts. Steve went that extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, especially considering I reside in a different state than the property.
