Went to South Charlotte Chevy for routine service and another issue with the infotainment system. Service advisor Christopher Isaac took care of the issue/repair in a timely manner. Got my vehicle back same day. Thank you Chris! Great job!
They had my car ready when promised and that’s important for making my day happen , no problems.
I bought my Equinox 2 years ago here and they handle all my oil changes etc. could not be more pleased by their professionalism and customer focus. You can feel confident taking your vehicles here for service.
Service area and employees are great but the noise my car was making (reason why I brought it in for service) hasn’t been addressed.
