I have been a patient of Dr. Steve Mermelstein for many years, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. He is caring, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. He always explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and makes sure all my questions are answered.
I picked up a sleep study testing machine a week ago (it took approximately 5 minutes to pick it up and get an explanation on how to use the machine), brought it back the next morning and was told the doctor or office would contact me with the results and what the next step would be. I was never contacted and yesterday I received a text message saying I had an appointment at Dr. Mermelstein's office. I assume it's to discuss the results of the study but there was never a phone call to even see if I was free for an appointmen... read more
Dr. Mermelstein is the best. He takes his time with you and explains everything. He’s very thorough And has extensive experience. The office is immaculate and the staff is very kind.
Dr Mermelstein and Dr Blum are both great, caring doctors. I've been seeing Dr Mermelstein for many years and he is a wonderful, kind and thorough Doctor. Very courteous staff. Requested a call back regarding meds and Nurse Tech Joe responded quickly. Thank you very much!
