I picked up a sleep study testing machine a week ago (it took approximately 5 minutes to pick it up and get an explanation on how to use the machine), brought it back the next morning and was told the doctor or office would contact me with the results and what the next step would be. I was never contacted and yesterday I received a text message saying I had an appointment at Dr. Mermelstein's office. I assume it's to discuss the results of the study but there was never a phone call to even see if I was free for an appointmen... read more
Dr. Mermelstein is the best. He takes his time with you and explains everything. He’s very thorough And has extensive experience. The office is immaculate and the staff is very kind.
Dr Mermelstein and Dr Blum are both great, caring doctors. I've been seeing Dr Mermelstein for many years and he is a wonderful, kind and thorough Doctor. Very courteous staff. Requested a call back regarding meds and Nurse Tech Joe responded quickly. Thank you very much!
This office was one of the best I've ever been to. First and foremost, I was seen so quickly after checking in, and the nurses were extremely kind. The nurse who did my breathing exam was very patient and talked me through every exercise. Dr. Mermelstein is the best doctor I've seen! He made me very comfortable, as I was nervous about my health. He took time to listen to all my concerns and assured me I was fine. He is a wonderful doctor, and I'd recommend him to anyone who has pulmonary issues or needs a pulmonary doctor. T... read more
