My first night I noticed how busy my night time nurses were as it took them a very long time to come to my room to bring my meds. I think the ratio of patients to nurse may be the issue. Nurses seem to be under allot of pressure from upper management. I have been a patient with this hospital for over ten years. My last admit I felt the stress and micro management the staff were feeling by the persistent they were in having bed alarms on and allowing me to walk the halls.
