First time in the store. Excellent service, bought a watch and got it engraved. Everything was very professional and done with excellence. Will shop here again.
I can’t say enough about how great Steve Marshmans Fine Jewelry and Custom Design is, first and foremost the warm welcome you get from the wonderful employees. To the utmost professionalism. Steve and Chase have done an awesome job since I first came to them years ago and I plan on continuing to come here for all future pieces both custom and previously loved.

Not impressed with the service. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and Was told it would take 2 weeks but we will call if it’s done early so 2 weeks seemed worst case scenario. After 2 weeks called and was told it would be ready Saturday… no phone call … wait till week 3 to call again then told they weren’t happy with the finish result have to order more material and redo it which wasn’t supposed to be in for a few days . 4 hours later get a phone call saying it’s ready.
