I was warmly treated by staff members each time I visited the store. Steve did an excellent job at designing a custom charm for a necklace. He listened and provided a drawing and sample of the piece before having it created. I picked it up completely satisfied. A couple of months later I decided to tweak the design slightly and the change was made free of charge, even though they had created exactly what I asked for originally.
