Two stars are only because the quality of work is good, I had brought my vehicle in for an tire that was making a noise.. the junior tech diagnosed it as it needed to have all the rims studs replaced, turns out the master tech said that it did not need to be replaced after the work was completed and that the junior tech only "Visually" inspected the lug nuts while on the thread... all it required was a retorque and I ended up spending over $500.00 for that. **update just got a call back from them, yet another different story... read more
In a nut shell, I am from the lower mainland, travelling to northern Vancouver Island. My car wouldn't start & ferry staff needed to jump start my car. In Campbell River went to Steve Marshall Motors and was assisted with professional & courteous staff. THANK YOU, THANK YOU Steve Marshall Motors!!!
