I was greeted at my second appointment by Dr. Mamus with him asking me was I there for having LUPUS!! Not only did he not read my chart before coming inside the room, but he ask me to remind him why I was there. So unprepared! I then had many of questions of why I was being asked each appointment to give blood for the same things over and over, only because I was nervous and did not know the terms to understand what was going on.
