I used Dr Shrum as my pediatrician when I was a child. I tried to get my child an appointment with him, but because something from when I was a MINOR went to collections from ArKids lapsing. Their in office policy is preventing my child from seeing one of the two pediatricians in Harrison on his private insurance. We are talking something that happened over 15 years ago.

Shrum is extremely rude. Only reason we took our child there was because of Asa. Asa is amazing! My son was recently in the ER and Dr Shrum came there. No bedside manner whatsoever, had a different plan of care from the ER doctor and blamed another facility for his lack of knowledge of medications my child was on. A few days later I was sent a certified letter asking us to find a new doctor, which was fine by us, we had that planned anyways.
