So easy to deal with.
Unprofessional and rude. I wasn't able to make my appointment due to feeling unwell, dizzy and unable to drive. Called to rebook, left a message, with no return call. Called the next day, apologised, and asked to rebook, and they hung up on me. Don't recommend!
Great service, and I am not being ripped off. Probably the easiest car people I've ever dealt with- phone up, book in. They are efficient time wise too.
Since moving to Bathurst a few years back we have used these guys to service a Toyota and now Mitsubishi. A good old-fashioned neighborhood mechanical shop without the hype and charges of branded dealerships.
