They have promised the will be good so let's start with 5 stars... They were polite and quick to process the application for a claim. Now waiting for parts... Update coming! Update: Repairs and service were great, I had a small issue that it took me 1 year to come back - they fixed it for free even after one year and they were very polite, accepted responsibility, and fixed up my issue, free! even though it was one year later!!! I'll definitely come back, and highly recommend them. 6 stars.
After having a not-at-fault accident I sought advice from Steve Koulis Smash Repairs. From the initial phone call to the eventual repair of my car, I found every staff member very sympathetic and helpful. The repairs were well done and I'm grateful they made the experience relatively easy. Thank you to George and the team.
