What can I say totally professional. Required repairs explained very well. Took photos of current damage to my car so as to prepare quote. I visited Steve Koulis Smash Repairs on the recommendation from a friend and spoke to George who was very helpful and said he would prepare a quote and email to me. By the afternoon I had received the quote which I gratefully accepted and by return messsage I had a date to have the work done. My car was only needed for one day and what a great result. Unbelievable service, could not fault the team especially George who explained things exceptionally well to a non car person. Every time I rang to enquire about my repairs Kayla was very polite professional and responsive to all my question's The repairs done to my car are exceptional. Great team and great service would highly recommend.
I had to resort to their services a number of times (unfortunately) from 1989 to last week - initially under the late Steve and more recently with George. Every single time I was treated with respect and friendly attitude. The repair(s) required were completed on time and I was happy both with the outcome and the financial side of things. I would unreservedly recommend this business - their longevity is the most convincing proof of the level of service they provide.
