We had a signed cash contract. Kirby's seller countered. We accepted the counter as per the dated contract. That's when things got fishy and ethically-muddled. The seller has a counter to their own counter that we need to sign!? Ha! Now suddenly the seller went with another buyer because we waited too long even though we were within the timeframe boundaries of the contract? We already had a title company lined up. Lies and thievery. He can't be trusted. We will be taking this up with the Real Estate Board and DPOR.
