Great agent with lots of knowledge. Steve saved me money and provided more value than my previous insurer. Steve provides great customer service and has prompt reply to concerns. My business benefited by a review that once again, lowered my cost and provided more coverage. I was exposed to unnecessary liability from my former provider.
I would avoid this agency and Erie Insurance. I decide to move to them from a 15+yr relationship with my former insurance provider to save some money. The first year was uneventful but when it came time to policy renewal, this agency totally screwed it up and failed to do anything meaningful to remediate the issue.
Steer clear!!!!! Don’t trust this man with your insurance needs or to protect your assets!! We’ve had the WORST customer service and responsiveness from Steve & Erie!!! We have been married almost 2 years and are still being rated as single....... we have had a disaster of a roof claim. Erie is the worst to deal with, they don’t care about you or your family. Found Steve through Erie Insurance. “Trusted advisor” is how I would describe Steve. He helped me with homeowners, landlord, boat, auto and umbrella. Very knowledgeable.
