Called Steve for a leak in the basement. He came within 24 hours, promptly diagnosed where it was coming from (kitchen fawcet) and fixed the problem in less than 20mn!

Responsive It took a few days to get on the schedule because this team is booked. I WFH so they fit me into the earliest time slot for the work needed to be done. Professional: The guys were out here again to address old water pressure regulator, check accumulator (It was fine despite the fact I installed it), and change out an external spigot. I called Steve Jones Plumbing about a water heater issue. He called me back right away and spent some time on the phone telling me what the problem may be. A few days later he promptly arrived at my house, flushed the heater, taught me a few things about how it worked, and saved me from buying a new one. He’s been in the trade for years and isn’t hesitant to share his experience and talents with the customer. Honesty and integrity are rare in todays world, but you’ll find that with Steve.

I highly recommend Steve and John. These are honest, hard working people with ethics and values. They don't take advantage or overcharge. Very reasonable and friendly. So rare today!!

Chose Steve for minor master shower leak instead of one of the “big guys” with vans that advertise on TV. Integrity just like his motto says. Thorough, friendly, no high pressure upselling. Highly recommend.
