Ive not come across till now, more friendly helpful garage, they went over and beyond. Absolutely fantastic customer service very highly impressed and appreciated everything thing done for my partner and me. I would highly recommend this garage to everyone for best service and prices. Went for new pads and to replace a spring, they can put pads on all good but when i went to sell the car they put the spring on, when it was being inspected TWICE, YES THIS HAS BEEN BROIGHT UP TO ME ON TWO OCCASIONS, they put the spring on upside down??? how does that even work? still sold it like and didn’t effect my trade price for it but can’t believe that, shocking.
Spent £200 on springs and the garage sourced the wrong parts. This caused the top mounts to break. They had the car for a week. Instead of sourcing the parts from Renault they kept the too big springs on and put bigger top mounts on and the car still clunks. So they haven’t fixed the car it’s worse than before going in.
