My husband was involved in an accident in the pre-dawn hours November 15th. I started the claim on the State Farm app about 7:30am. Krista, at Steve’s office, called me as soon as she got into the office and was notified of the accident. She wanted to make sure my husband was ok and to make sure we had everything lined up for a rental and to get the wrecked vehicle where it needed to go. Great people, great atmosphere! Won't do business anywhere else!
I've been a customer of Steve Hughes and State Farm for several years. I've had a few different issues arise, including my car being hit while I was at work and then an issue with some hoses requiring towing. Obviously my car being hit didn't cause a claim with my insurance, but, as soon as it happened I called Steve's office and was walked through what would happen, and they checked with me through that process. Hands down the best insurance agent!!!!! I have been using Steve for 5+ years! I am able to call him and within minutes he has completed anything I need. Extremely friendly and always willing to help find the best options to fit my families needs. I have always been treated like friends or family, not just another customer.
