Steve (and the Jeff Cook team) was very professional, and provided quality realty services eg photography, viewing appointments and other ancillary services (such as repair services to comply with inspection findings) for the quick sale of our house. Steve also liaised with our real estate agent for the purchase of our destination house which made the whole (sale/purchase) transaction smoother.
