My experience with your agents in your office was fine, however they weren't useful in my situation is using the roadside service. I was validated by Julian that your company now sucks with it it's third-party roadside assistance.. I canceled my policy today. And from this day forward everyone I come across will know never to use State farm.. I was left stranded several times because of your nonsense roadside service, then my rates went up. I was with your company for years and I'm disgusted about the technological changes.
