The advertisement I received from Allstate agent Christina Adcock did not match the actual quote. After waiting 30 minutes, I was first given one price, then a new quote that was double the amount. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I've been with them for several years, and they were fine until I needed something. Today I spent over an hour trying to rectify a few things. It seems like nobody is knowledgeable of the drivewise app. I've been given the runaround and even sent an email to Christina Adcock herself. In addition, I'm very frustrated as their office has given me very poor communication on discounts. Their customer service is sufficient until you actually need something. I received a flyer from them in my postbox customized for my house with an estimated annual premium of 1,341 $. I gave them a call and spent 30 minutes with an agent and received a quote of 3,600 $. When I asked the agent about the estimate in the flyer, he said that is just an estimate and the actual quote can vary. While I understand there can be a variation from the estimate, that variation should be within a reasonable percentage, not three times of it.
