I had a baby & missed the appointment (obviously) , I explained , they didn’t care they charged me for missed appointment which I get , but charged me again before rescheduling another appointment like if I was going to miss that one too .I didn’t reschedule because I thought it was unprofessional to charge me again ,Had paid a membership before hand because I planned on going here long term. & they canceled that a couple weeks later without doing a single service of that membership. The dental hygienist they currently have for adult cleanings, was not that great. First, she gets on top of you while cleaning your teeth, like hello a sense of personal space please? I get that they need to get close to you but not to the point where they're literally on top of your body to get your teeth cleaned. She also claimed that I would "never floss." Even though when I went to get a second opinion they said my teeth looked phenomenal and they can tell I have been flossing. Also this dental offices equipment is sever... read more
