The dental hygienist they currently have for adult cleanings, was not that great. First, she gets on top of you while cleaning your teeth, like hello a sense of personal space please? I get that they need to get close to you but not to the point where they're literally on top of your body to get your teeth cleaned. She also claimed that I would "never floss." Scary place. Came in to have 1 (small, uncomplicated) cavity filled because I was told they did ceramic (previous dentist would only do amalgam). First problem was the assistant. She couldn’t read my chart or remember why I was there. Wanted me to tell her, but then questioned my answers (e.g. asked why I was there, but then became agitated when I told her I had a cavity that needed filled, demanding to know how I knew and who told me I had a cavity, despite having copies of my X-rays in her hands). Great work Highly recommended. Staff was professional, very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Love when a work place has employees who take their time to explain every little detail step by step and explain the process of each procedure. Not only were they outstanding with their work ethic, but the customer service is beyond what you would expect.
