Failed to diagnose bent wheels after three visits; A tire shop found that my wheels were not only still off balance after I paid to balance them at steve hahns but also found that they were bent beyond balancing. You've lost my business forever. Other services that you performed for me were fine.

This place is the best! Patrick in sales was extremely helpful and encouraged making an informed decision. I at no point felt pressured to make any decision which is a completely foreign concept to me as far as my prior experience at dealerships. The vehicle I looked at was in great shape but had minor repairable cosmetic flaws which were pointed out and addressed to me in a quick, honest and professional manner. Bought a car. Got a care package. The staff in the maintenance dept were so rude, I refused to come back and use the rest of the oil changes. If they talk to customers that way, what are they doing to our cars!?! They don't care.
