I had a accident over a month ago. My van is still broken, enterprise is now charging me for my rental. I've been trying to contact steve for over a month now. All I got was a text saying he'd call..... nothing. Glad to see my 350 a month for car insurance gets such great service. Sad sad day for state farm
State Farm sucks!
It pains me to update my review negatively. Overall the staff and location have been helpful throughout the years. As a personal and business line policy holder for over 25 years, I've lost faith in the company. I've never had a claim and the rates are skyrocketing. Many friends in the area with hail claims who have recently been denied. Then State Farm goes into fight and delay mode. The agency doesn't seem to care a long time policy holder cancels policies one by one.
Steve is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Switched to him within the last 6 months and had nothing but problems. I had to consult 2 different office to get my problem fixed because the only thing Steve cared about was interrupting me when I was trying to explain the problem I was having and being little to no help at all solving my problem. Do NOT recommend this office.
