Amazing physical therapist - I met him after my shoulder surgery and he was great. I have had 25 years of problems with my back. Other physical therapists told me I would be in pain forever. He taught me to activate my transverse abdominis muscles and the problem is 99% better! It is a very rare day when I feel any pain at all.
