Bought a home from Regional mobile homes ,had it to do over again no I would not, at first it look like an upgraded mobile home but when you really get to looking it's not ,it's a cheap put together house it leaks front door ,back door mold on sheetrock, not a door and it will shut without slamming it, the air from the air conditioner goes between the vinyl flooring in the wood flooring very little in the house itself , as far as getting anything repaired correctly forget it repairman don't know what they're doing, called my... read more

We went to several mobile home dealers in our search. We finally settled on Regional and up to this point it has been refreshingly pleasant experience. Shawn Powell is our salesman and everything has been very open and straightforward. Dirt work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday and if everything goes as planned we should be moved in pretty soon.
