Steve was wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer I had many questions that Steve explained and made sure I fully understood. Two years, many emails/calls and multiple offers made, Steve was extremely prompt and responsive during the entire process. I never felt like the ball was dropped even during my lightning fast closing. I would highly recommend working with Steve and Motto Mortgage!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Steve Gerding. As a first time homebuyer, there are always parts of the process that are difficult, but that was not the case with Steve. He made me feel comfortable about all of my options and advised me like a true professional and more importantly, a friend. I’ve been in the industry for years and know when you’ve found a good one.

I can’t say thank you enough to Steve. My fiancé and I wanted to buy a house but weren’t sure how obtainable it was for us.
