I called them this morning because my garage door wouldn't close properly. I was informed that Ron would be by between 2-4. I was notified that they were on their way. They were very professional and fixed the issue with no problem. I would highly recommend them.

My parents' garage door wasn't working and after I requested a quote on Google, David was the only person to immediately get in contact with me and asked for pictures to start working on the problem. He was in near constant contact with me and walked me through a door diagnosis. It turns out that the problem was a simple fix on my end; David was gracious and refused my offer to pay him for the consultation.

I called Steve Garage Door this morning and Sam was at my garage by 11:00 AM. He had the necessary parts on hand and fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. He even corrected some of the poor installation by my previous company. Very capable and personable. Highly recommended.

My garage door had the two middle panels cracked and after contacting other businesses who told me that I needed a new garage door, David told me different. He said that if I could find the panels, which are very old, he would install them for me. So I did find new panels from a place very close to my home in Berwyn (1 mile distance) and David not only installed them, but he also helped me pick them up from the store for a very reasonable extra fee.
