Just wanted to reach out and share an experience I recently had. On August 19th I got up as normal and left for work. It was not raining and there was no wind at all. I travel about 11 miles to work and as I got about 4 miles away I ran into one of the worst storms I have every been in. I recently experienced a water loss. I called Steve Franks State Farm in Coldwater, MI and spoke with Laura, Blanchard who immediately filed a claim for me. I would like to thank Laura for walking through with me what was going to happen. She also contacted the adjuster about a question I had as well, quickly & efficiently.
