If you can help it, please refrain from booking with the Grand Prairie location. I can’t speak regarding the other locations since my experience has been with the GP location only. Seeing Dr. Garza has been a breeze, he’s always very helpful during my appointments and after if I need anything. But the issue is the front office staff !! Would give less of possible left numerous messages never returned as a new patient. After reviewing other reviews I now understand that this is a recurring theme. I have already found a DR who took me in right away. So disappointing to have staff that cares so little.
Dr. Fordan is great, but I had to get a new doctor because some of his office staff are incompetent. They could not get my prescription quantities right. Sad
