It’s honestly incredible how poorly Faulkner in Mt. Carmel operates — from sales reps who clearly don’t care to a management team that uses warranty sales to inflate vehicle costs. I wouldn’t recommend buying or servicing a vehicle here. The owner is fully aware of these issues but chooses to do nothing about them.
