I got an engagement ring resized. I tried explaining to the woman helping me I didn't know the exact size since it was a surprise. I measured my fiances other ring and tried to give that to her, she was rude, said that wouldn't help and that if the size wasn't right I would get charged again since she wasn't there to measured. It was not correct and I'm taking my ring elsewhere, she charged me way more than anywhere else too, for something incorrect.
Faegle Jewelers exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I visited with my daughter, who has special needs, and they went above and beyond to accommodate her with genuine care and patience. The quality of their jewelry is exceptional, but what truly sets them apart is the people. A heartfelt thank you to Matt and Brad for making our experience so positive and memorable.
