Julie helped me pick out something very special for my Granddaughter and she also helped me with the repair of my ring and making other selections. Their selection is wonderful and I appreciate their hard work & they are always honest & easy to work with.

I got an engagement ring resized. I tried explaining to the woman helping me I didn't know the exact size since it was a surprise. I measured my fiances other ring and tried to give that to her, she was rude, said that wouldn't help and that if the size wasn't right I would get charged again since she wasn't there to measured. It was not correct and I'm taking my ring elsewhere, she charged me way more than anywhere else too, for something incorrect.
