Highly, highly recommend!! Andy and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and patient and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I felt so comfortable the entire time and knew right away that I was in good hands. I will definitely be back with any future car troubles. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Charleston when my starter decided to have a fit. I was in Frothy Beard Brewing and asked the bartender if he knew a reliable mechanic. He went out of his way to search out a reliable mechanic. Another patron responded that he used Steve Ellis on his 5 company cars. I called Steve Ellis and spoke to Andy. Everyone at the shop was so helpful, checked over all concerns I had, got everything done in a timely manner, and cost me hundreds less than quoted elsewhere (I do know that can be situational)! I had been looking for a new mechanic in Charleston, instead of giving my money to large corporate companies, and I have found my place! Thank you so much!

Terrible place they will steal parts off your vehicle then try to upsell the same parts .
