I’ve been a customer of Steve Ellis for many years. They have always been honest and reasonably priced. The service professionals are always friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so thankful I found a reliable, honest mechanics shop.
Terrible place they will steal parts off your vehicle then try to upsell the same parts .
I can’t say enough great things about this auto repair shop! I brought in my 2003 Jeep, which was running rough and stalling constantly. Andy, the service manager, was absolutely incredible. He and his team let me bring it in right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had me back on the road by the end of the day. Finding an honest, dependable, and efficient repair shop is rare, but this place truly delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto service!
I had my vehicle towed to Steve Ellis to have them determine why my vehicle wasn’t running. Within the same week the called and informed that they fixed it and this was the cost. The same week my brother took his life. I had to go to another state to handle things there. Informed Andy the guy who called me about the situation. I was a customer here a very long time ago… I came back under new ownership to get my brakes changed and new spark plugs. They quoted me over $900 and I was fine with that. I heard them shortly after discussing how they broke a piece off my car and needed to replace it and it was gonna be even more than expected.
