Steve did a fantastic job from start to finish. I don't live locally anymore so there was a lot more coordination and support needed and he did it all courteously and efficiently. He really made the stressful experience of selling a condo from afar as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions honestly and openly even at the beginning when I was deciding if it was best to sell or not. I highly recommend him.
Steve is fantastic. My family and I used Steve when we bought our first house in 2019 and when we sold it to move out of state in 2023. He made both experiences run so smoothly and made us feel like we were his only clients. He has always been extremely responsive and very informative, which made us feel confident as first time home buyers and sellers. I can’t imagine anyone going as above and beyond as Steve did for us with the sale of our house. We recommend him to everyone who asks.
