Great job would highly recommend this plumbing company. Mr. Dodd contacted me right away and sent Tom to replace my water heater which was leaking on the same day. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional very reasonable pricing would definitely use again.
TERRIBLE WORK. DO NOT HIRE. TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RECTIFIED TO NO AVAIL, NO RESPONSE NOT EVEN A COURTESY EMAIL THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO COME BACK TO MY HOME TO FIX THIS ISSUE SINCE FEBRUARY. Follow up to this poor job. Jones services came saw the job and laughed. I couldn't have called a better company to service my house. Steve and his associates do amazing work. To add, service was fast, clean and very informative. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Shout out to Tom!! I can't thank you enough.

I normally don't post up reviews but in this instance I must. I have a world of gratitude for Steve for fixing my boiler issue when another company couldn't figure it out. Steve made time during his busy schedule (this was during the second wave of single digit temperatures) to come to my home to at least provide us with heat until the following day.
