Steve was an absolute gem to work with! I was representing the seller and he took over for a colleague who went on vacation right after the buyers went under contract with us. Steve went WAY above and beyond to guide these buyers through their first home purchase. There was a lot of back and forth for various reasons and Steve was incredibly communicative, quick to pick up the phone, have a chat and problem solve. He was thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable.
