The crew with Steve Dickinson Painting and Decorating Services are fantastic! They came to our new home and did a consolidation before painting our office, entry hallway and living room. Would recommend and use them again no question!
A hugely disappointing experience. The quote was much higher than I expected but I wanted a top quality job, and steve promised that. Agreed dates were not adhered to. The job was not to the quality we discussed. He done some remedial work but still wasn’t good enough. I’ve now been waiting well over a month for him to come back and execute the job he was supposed to do and the date just keeps getting moved back. Absolutely shocking experience...came out looked around done measurements and then said that he would send a quote by text the following day. I had already had someone come round and give me a quote the same day they came out, but was looking for hopefully finding a better price but obviously not. Im just very thankful that i had got an amazing quote from someone else before i was seriously let down. Steve Dickinson did not even give me a quote the next day either not even by text message. Steve was able to attend our house and provide a quote where we were given a full run down of what work would be required. When it came to the painting and wallpapering he did a great job. Each morning he would give me a run down of what he would be doing and then get on with it. It took a couple of days for two rooms. When finished he made sure I was happy with the work and the clean up. He's also told me if I notice anything then to let him know and he will come back.
