I always love this place - specifically with hairdresser Grace. She's amazing with her suggestions and work. I'll keep going to this place!
My first visit to the salon was great . Excellent service, friendly atmosphere.. I needed an entire hair makeover. Grace did an amazing transformation. She gave me a short Bob style haircut, color and highlights. I love my new look!! Constantly getting compliments… Thank you!
I booked an appointment and went to the salon, excited to get my hair done. When I arrived, they looked at me and said, “Oh, if we had known what type of hair you have, we wouldn’t have given you the appointment.” Then they told me they don’t work with my hair type. I felt completely humiliated and unwelcome. Their tone and attitude made it clear that my hair—and by extension, who I am—was not accepted there.
