What I thought was going to be a great service has turned out to be not so good. A lot of money and poor service. The project started with just his crew coming and I had to tell them what was to be done. Steve showed up within an hour or so and asked how things were going...at that time I thought it was going to be good. But poor communication between the crew left me saying that things were not getting done that should have. Steve then turned around and charged me extra for what should have been done!! WTH!
