Really enjoyed working with Steve Masonry contractor & Chimney cleaning Services, Van Buren, AR. They clearly explained the issues with the chimneys in our new house, the work that needed to be done to bring up to code, and gave a fair price for the work. I found his crew to be very respectful of our home — properly sealed off all areas to ensure no dust got into the home, cleaned up after themselves, and showed up promptly when they said they would.
I had an appointment today and when no one came I called the number which is a call center and was told they were not able to make and rescheduled for January. I made arrangements to be here and did not get notified until I called they were not coming.
