Steve and Kerry are the real deal. As a mortgage lender, we see the good, the bad, and the ugly with Realtors. I can confidently say that their level of professionalism and genuine care is not typical at all. In an industry with over 10,000 options, it's far too easy to settle for "good enough" or "fine", but it's worth the extra time to find someone who will knock every aspect out of the park for you.
