Update: After posting my original review, Mr. Cobb personally reached out, apologized for the experience, and issued a full refund. I appreciate that he took responsibility, acknowledged the communication issues, and is working to improve his office’s processes. That kind of accountability and follow-through is appreciated. Mr Steve is the best in town. Got a speeding ticket doing over 40 mph on the thruway and this guy made it disappear to a lesser charge .plus his prices are very affordable as well. Thank you once again and I will definitely do business here again!!!
