Had an issue with my car not starting parked just down the road from the garage. Despite being a Saturday and being technically not open, the friendly mechanic offered to see if he could fix the problem on the spot. He walked down to the car with me & offered a few suggestions on what the problem could be for it to be booked in for repairs, and managed the get the car started completely free of charge. I discovered that the washer fluid was leaking after they had replaced my brake pads and discs, so I went back to have it checked. It turned out that a screw had punctured the washer fluid pipe. Their response? “It happens.” And then they charged me £54 to fix it. How is it possible that the washer fluid pipe just happened to start leaking right after they worked in the same area? Isn’t it far more likely that it was accidentally damaged during the repair? I didn’t feel their response was sincere. I left feeling disappointed... read more
Good friendly service. And more important a honest service. Will not be going back to my old garage. This is my future garage to use for sure. Gave 4 stars as no one is perfect. But a great service cant find a fault. Happy days.
