Waiting period once roomed was very long ! Over 45 minutes . Very misleading Clinic. Called to make appt. for routine eye exam and was given a time with Dr. Steve Christensen. Have been coming to this clinic for years. Was charged $330.00 ! Never informed that it would be considered new patient status which is billed at a higher amount. Had been seeing Dr. Carlino for past visits. So, was not a new patient to the eye clinic. Will never come back to Aurora. Misrepresentation.
Dr. Christensen is the best! My family followed him to Aurora from his previous practice. We were so happy to have found him again! Highly recommend his expertise, kind spirit, and excellent care!!
