Dr Opersteny was fantastic, he told me step-by step what he was going to do during my test. Very professional and personable. I took off 1 star for the receptionist, She was so rude and out of line talking about me to another patient in the waiting room! Trying to humiliate me for a a miscommunication in my appt. Dr. Opersteny explained my results in language that I could understand and let me know exactly what I may be up against And when my Dr would get my results. Horrible experience with receptionist. took 18 days to get return phone call. Never stated doc was part time, takes weeks off at a time. She was rude and uncaring about patients needs.
