I called Steve after a lightning strike caused damage to the control board on my air handler. Steve and Mike came to the house, diagnosed the problem and within one hour returned with a replacement part and fixed the issue. Very responsive, polite and professional.

I strongly recommend Steve Buy Heating & Cooling. I started using Steve last year for AC issues. Steve is dedicated, professional and courteous. He always responds to me immediately..(which is unheard of in the Lakes Region).Steve will be replacing our entire AC system in the fall. I trust his pricing, knowledge and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work Steve provides.

We have hired Steve Buy when we built our house three years ago. Steve was very professional then and recently we had to make a call for our furnace not performing properly during that very cold spell. 1 star is too many. In an effort to support a local business we called Steve Buy. Steve came out on Nov. 16 th and took the time to go over what we needed in a new heating system and hot water heater. When he left he said he would have the numbers to us in a few days. It is now Jan. 8th and we are still waiting! So much for his word. If he was not interested in the job he should have just said so.
