I had a new 5 ton heat pump installed 4 years ago. Its never seem to heat or cool properly the installer & 2 other Air company's worked on it advising me everything was fine just needs a little Freon. Buggay finds that the variable speed blower is set to run a 3 ton system Buggay sets some switch's on a motor control board to a 5 ton system removes over charge Freon now heat & cools great its fixed.
Buggay Heat and Air came out twice and said needed to replace the whole unit or just the coil. Had second company out to do quote, get second opinion and found the problem (leak at the unit) and they fixed it. Steve Buggay website says 100% guarantee, but called several times with no return call. It turned out not to be the coil that Buggay said was the issue and the reason to replace, but a simple leak at the outside unit. Very disappointed they will note call back to discuss the findings and resolve my issue with them.
